Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are currently being fulfilled within 3-5 business days. If you selected an expedited USPS shipping method like 2-Day Overnight, your order will typically ship within one business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from New Jersey.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Bloom and Berry LLC. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Bloom and Berry LLC will not be shipping on:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day & Following Day (July 4th & July 5th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
The Week of Christmas
